Everyone has their own rituals in the mornings that motivate them. The most important thing is that you find your ritual that will motivate you.

1. Drink Water
Start your day off with water. Studies have shown that drinking water as soon as you wake up; re-hydrates your body after hibernation, jump starts your metabolism and is better than depending on caffeine through tea or coffee to wake yourself up
2. Listen To Music
Starting your morning with music you find beautiful, is the perfect way to set yourself up for success. It can give you something to look forward to in the morning, and sets you up with the right mindset to greet the day.
You can adjust your music for the type of day you want to have, whether you need something that gets you pumped for an action-packed day, or something more soothing so you can handle a stressful day

It is said that the best time for meditation is in the morning, just after one wakes up. While meditation can be helpful at any time of the day, it is particularly powerful in the morning, because our nervous system is already primed for the day. As the day wears on our nervous system, meditation can recharge us, but if performed first thing in the morning, meditation can better prepare us for the challenges that can lie ahead in the day.

4. Get Your Blood Pumping
Wake your mind and body up with some light exercise, to kick off your day. Morning exercise has been proven to energize you throughout the day and enhance your mood.
5. Wake Up A Little Earlier
Give yourself extra time in the morning to actually have a morning routine, whether you choose to do some or all of our suggestions, or you find your own rituals that are right for you, giving yourself the time to do it and not rush is essential. So set your alarm half an hour or even an hour earlier!
